How to Order
Owning an original design of Chalk is easy! When you find an item that you like, click the “add to cart” button. The items you have chosen will appear in your cart located at the right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click “checkout” (at the top left hand side of your cart). Please make sure the items, sizes and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting “remove” or “edit” in your cart. Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment options to complete your order.
Once you have completed placed an order with us, an email confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order detail, shipping address and payment details (including shipping charges). After which, make payment based on your choice of preference. Items are reserved for 3 business days and are shipped after your payment has been received and cleared.
Please double check if all the information on this email confirmation is correct, should there be any mistakes, please e-mail us right away. It will be great if you could print this document and save it for your records.
Change of Order
Please make all changes before checkout as once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Availability of Stock
All of our designs are produced in limited quantity, so grab them before they run out fast! Chalk will keep its stock listing up to date. If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame and if you are still keen on the design please send us an e-mail and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Calculate Order Cost
All prices are stated in Singapore dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do not charge GST or Sales Tax. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, you’ll have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suits you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation email.
For international orders, you can calculate the order cost in your currency using XE.com- Forex Calculator. The exact exchange rate that you will pay will be determined by your credit card issuer or Pay Pal. As an estimate, 1 Singapore Dollar (SGD) can range between 1.3-1.5 (USD).
