Delivery Rates

Chalk is based in Singapore but we ship everywhere. We ship all packages via Singapore Post Worldwide Courier Service or Singapore Post International Airmail.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days once payment is received. In general, Singapore Post Worldwide Courier Service takes an estimated 1 to 5 working days and Singapore Post International Airmail takes estimated 6-14 working days to reach you depending on where you live, and subject to customs inspection and clearance.

International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.

Chalk is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit; therefore we highly recommend getting your deliveries shipped by registered mail.
